Space Ghost is a six-issue miniseries that was published by DC Comics in 2005. An expanded universe version of the Hanna-Barbera cartoon shows, it featured the origin of how he became Space Ghost. In the miniseries, Space Ghost's real name is Thaddeus Bach. It is a darker and more serious take on the character. Panels from the comic were used in the European Spanish adaptation of Space Ghost Coast to Coast.
The entire miniseries was collected in a trade paperback in 2005 and was re-released in 2016.
