The Automaton Construction Platform was a space station in orbit of Gideon Alpha 12. It housed 2743 robots, but no biological species. It was also a maintenance facility, a training facility, and a testing ground for Robots. TOM was created here, and was forced to undergo a series of tests to see if he'd be deemed worthy of service.
